To request an extension on your CCI eligibility dates, please complete and submit the form below.
Before you submit the form, please note the following:
- Candidates must cancel examination appointment at least one business day before the appointment via their CCI portal or by calling the Pearson Call Center at +1-312-312-5309.
- Candidates must request an examination extension before the last date of their first eligibility window.
- Candidates may request one extension to their original Authorization To Test (ATT).
- Candidates who fail to take a scheduled examination or submit a request for an extension prior to the end of their first ATT eligibility window will forfeit their examination fee and must reapply to sit for the examination.
